Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the Human Resources Coordinator will provide HR support with day‑to‑day activities across construction, functional, and matrixed operations. This role focuses on process management, coordination of HR programs, and providing consultation to the business on a range of employee relations matters. As a primary point of contact for assigned business unit(s), the Human Resources Coordinator will organize, prioritize, and complete a wide variety of administrative and coordination activities to ensure consistent and efficient HR service delivery. Strong communication and problem‑solving skills are essential, as the role requires advising, troubleshooting, and interacting effectively across multiple levels and functions within the organization.
