A premier entertainment venue in Ottawa is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to manage payroll processing and support HR functions. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, and experience in payroll administration. Candidates should possess a post-secondary qualification in Human Resources and have at least two years of relevant experience. Reporting to the Director, Human Resources, the Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for the delivery of key HR functions, including auxiliary services, leave management, HR reporting, and employee experience. This role is essential for fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing. End to end payroll administration experience is required for this role.
