Overview

HR - Senior Project Manager

Location: Hybrid – Calgary, AB

Duration: 9 months

As a Senior Project Manager in the HR Portfolio, you will:

Responsibilities
  • Ensure strategic alignment with PMO methodologies and HR Leadership Team’s objectives.
  • Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, timeline, budget, and deliverables.
  • Communicate project strategy, methodology, and delivery expectations.
  • Adhere to strict financial and budgeting practices.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans and resource schedules.
  • Deliver professional status reports and presentation materials.
  • Manage project changes, risks, and issues proactively.
  • Develop and grow key business relationships for successful project delivery.
  • Conduct Lessons Learned sessions and recommend continuous improvements.
  • Manage resource scheduling and drive project deliverables in a matrixed environment.
  • Support Agile methodologies for backlog and sprint management.
What you will bring
  • Extensive HR business process and transformation project experience.
  • Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and other HR technology platforms.
