Your responsibilities
- Support managers with their daily challenges: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and engagement.
- Deploy structuring HR projects: training, skills development, talent management, and continuous improvement.
- Act as a coach and strategic advisor, promoting autonomy, accountability, and the development of internal leaders.
- Ensure legal and regulatory compliance while adapting HR policies to realities on the ground.
- Actively participate in the operational life of the establishments, being present on the ground to understand the issues and build concrete solutions.
- Contribute to the organizational culture by fostering a healthy, collaborative work environment focused on quality of service.
- Collaborate closely with management, bringing complementary HR expertise to other key functions (operations, finance, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications
- University degree in human resources management or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Demonstrated experience in implementing HR processes and supporting change.
- Ability to support junior or mid-level managers with pedagogy and compassion.
- Ability to build solid HR foundations in contexts of organizational change, with mobilization challenges.
- Autonomy, initiative, strategic sense, and solution-oriented.
- Ability to thrive in a non-institutional, agile, and collaborative environment.
