In an entrepreneurial environment, you will be the HR point of reference, with real latitude to propose, implement, and evolve practices. You will act as a catalyst for change, providing direct support to operations, while maintaining a strategic stance.

Your responsibilities
  • Support managers with their daily challenges: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and engagement.
  • Deploy structuring HR projects: training, skills development, talent management, and continuous improvement.
  • Act as a coach and strategic advisor, promoting autonomy, accountability, and the development of internal leaders.
  • Ensure legal and regulatory compliance while adapting HR policies to realities on the ground.
  • Actively participate in the operational life of the establishments, being present on the ground to understand the issues and build concrete solutions.
  • Contribute to the organizational culture by fostering a healthy, collaborative work environment focused on quality of service.
  • Collaborate closely with management, bringing complementary HR expertise to other key functions (operations, finance, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications
  • University degree in human resources management or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing HR processes and supporting change.
  • Ability to support junior or mid-level managers with pedagogy and compassion.
  • Ability to build solid HR foundations in contexts of organizational change, with mobilization challenges.
  • Autonomy, initiative, strategic sense, and solution-oriented.
