Job summary

A regional health organization is looking for a Coordinator to manage the Employee Records office in Nanaimo, British Columbia. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration and five years of relevant experience, particularly in a multi-union healthcare environment. This role involves supervising staff and ensuring compliance with regulations while liaising with various agencies. Qualifications

  • 5 years' recent related experience in a multi-union environment, preferably in healthcare.
  • Supervisory experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the operation of a designated Employee Records office.
  • Supervise staff and provide leadership and development opportunities.
  • Act as a liaison for various agencies such as the Pension Corporation.
