A leading professional services firm in Toronto is seeking an HR Consultant to enhance partner experience through effective talent management strategies. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in HR, strong communication skills, and the ability to build relationships. The role offers a salary between $73,000 and $109,500, and the opportunity for bonuses, along with a comprehensive Total Rewards program.

KPMG’s Office of the Partner (OTP) provides end-to-end talent management and supports for our partnership through the lifecycle of our partner’s careers – including leadership identification, entry into partnership, development, financial planning and support, physical and mental health and wellness, succession, through to retirement.
The HR Consultant works alongside the HR Director, Office of the Partner, playing a key role in the delivery of programs and processes that support the partner experience (including promotion, career path and development, health and wellness, succession and transition).

This position requires written and oral fluency in English. The successful candidate will be required to support or collaborate with English-speaking colleagues or stakeholders nationally in our English speaking provinces while at KPMG.
The expected base salary range for this position is $73,000 to $109,500 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant’s base salary within this range is based on the individual’s location, skills & competencies, and unique qualifications. In addition, KPMG offers a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards program.
