Responsibilities

  • Maintain scheduling and relief in collaboration with Management.
  • Handle confidential aspects of the position with discretion.
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and interdepartmental relationships.

Skills

Working knowledge of the current MNU, MGEU, and MAHCP collective agreements
Ability to handle the confidential aspects of the position with discretion and professionalism
Ability to maintain excellent interpersonal and interdepartmental relationships
Demonstrated ability using scheduling software (ESP preferred)
Ability to maintain records and reports related to the position
Ability to organize workload
Read, write legible, and follow oral and written instructions
Ability to complete the position on a regular basis
