This role achieves its objectives through strategic prospecting, effective selling, and building strong relationships with both existing and prospective customers, focusing on customer satisfaction, retention, and overall success. The position requires evaluating customer needs, developing tailored solutions, and managing the sales process from opportunity identification to closing, often engaging with C‑suite executives and key opinion leaders in hospitals. As a field‑based leader, the Senior CDSS Business Manager collaborates closely with marketing, sales, and product teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and contributing to the company’s mission of advancing public health through innovative diagnostic solutions. This is a field-based position that requires regular travel throughout Canada, covering all provinces and territories.
