Successful candidates will have a tertiary qualification in Occupational Health and Safety and experience in high-risk environments. Qualifications

• Practical experience in health and safety within mining or similar high-risk environments.
• ICAM (or similar) and Lead Auditor qualifications.
• Project management experience and additional qualifications in hygiene or injury management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality data analysis to identify safety trends.
• Mentor and coach operational teams for a proactive safety culture.
• Develop tools supporting the Health and Safety Management System.
