A leading benefits consulting firm seeks a Sales Originator in Toronto, responsible for driving revenue growth and building client relationships. Ideal candidates will have over 3 years of experience in prospect development with excellent communication skills. The role offers a competitive salary of $70,000 to $85,000 CAD per year plus commission-based bonuses. This position does not offer visa sponsorship.
The Sales Originator is a critical role in our Health and Benefits (H&B) practice, driving revenue growth by building relationships with prospective clients and seeing them through the full sales cycle. Leveraging WTW’s deep specialty resources, intellectual capital, and innovative products and solutions, you will be expected to present our market leading value proposition to close new client business. Success is directly tied to achievement of personal sales success for the Toronto H&B office, with incentive compensation aligned accordingly.

Compensation
The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $70,000 CAD -$85,000 CAD per year.
This role is also eligible for compensation plan with commission-based bonuses.
