A health and benefits consulting firm is seeking a Sales Originator in Toronto to drive revenue growth by building relationships with prospective clients. You will create and execute strategies to penetrate the local market and generate a personal sales pipeline focused on acquiring new clients. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in prospect development, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to close new opportunities. The role offers a competitive salary between $70,000 CAD and $85,000 CAD per year plus commission-based bonuses.
The Sales Originator is a critical role in our Health and Benefits (H&B) practice, driving revenue growth by building relationships with prospective clients and seeing them through the full sales cycle. Leveraging WTW’s deep specialty resources, intellectual capital, and innovative products and solutions, you will be expected to present our market leading value proposition to close new client business. Success is directly tied to achievement of personal sales success for the Toronto H&B office, with incentive compensation aligned accordingly.

Compensation
The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $70,000 CAD -$85,000 CAD per year.
This role is also eligible for compensation plan with commission-based bonuses.
