Permanent Full Time Position
The Head of Enterprise Planning and Performance will play a critical role in driving strategic execution and operational excellence across the organization. Reporting to a senior executive, this position is responsible for establishing and managing the governance framework for strategic initiatives, ensuring executive focus on high-impact items, and providing the analytical insights necessary for data-driven decision-making across the enterprise.
Providing oversight of executive and Board agenda to ensure senior leadership attention is consistently focused on high-impact items and strategic initiatives.
Developing and managing the cadence of strategic reviews with the executive team and Board of Directors.
Acting as a key liaison to translate organizational strategy into actionable priorities for senior leaders.
Overseeing the governance and reporting on all major corporate initiatives and enterprise projects, ensuring consistency, visibility, accurate, and timely progress reporting against defined milestones.
Establishing and enforcing standardized project management methodologies and reporting templates across the organization.
Identifying and flagging interdependencies, risks, and resource constraints across the enterprise project portfolio.
Defining, tracking, and analyzing critical Enterprise Performance Indicators (EPIs).
Overseeing the preparation of management and Board reports, providing actionable insights on trends, risks, and opportunities to inform data-driven decision-making.
Conducting deep-dive analysis on organizational performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
Demonstrated experience presenting complex data and insights to C-level executives and Boards.
Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to manage large, complex project portfolios and establish governance frameworks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and Project Management tools.
Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in Strategy, Corporate Planning, Project Management Office (PMO) leadership, or a related field.
Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline. An MBA or PMP certification is highly desirable.
