A leading hospitality company in Canada seeks a Guest Services Agent to manage client check-ins and provide excellent customer service. This role is based in a world-class camp facility with a rotation schedule of 14 days on and 14 days off. The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to client satisfaction. Based in a world‑class Horizon North camp facility, the regular shift for this position is 14 days on and 14 days off, with 11‑hour workdays. Transportation is provided to the site from a pickup point in Sudbury or Timmins.
The Guest Services Agent goes beyond checking in and out. You are responsible for acting as an ambassador by providing outstanding customer service to clients and assisting guests as needed.
