This job is posted as part of our seasonal hiring for Spring/Summer 2026, it will be a full‑time seasonal role.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Support, train, coach, encourage and ensure that each member of the Guest Experience Team provides an interactive and professional guest experience, aiming above and beyond our guests’ expectations.
  • Focus on operational excellence, employee training and development, service standards and consistencies. This role will also be expected to be a role model to all Agents.
  • Ability to cover frontline and directly serve our guests.
  • Ensure a memorable and positive experience for our guests and staff through implementing and delivering the standard operating policies and procedures as they relate to our service, operational, safety and employee engagement standards and practices.
  • Ensure delivery on key performance areas, and relaying feedback and solutions to the Leadership team.
  • Coordinating and participating in the daily running of the Guest Experience operation in addition to training, scheduling, recognition and performance management duties – all with the best office view you could ask for!
  • Assist Guest Experience Manager and Supervisors with tasks in a timely and detailed manner including front line support as well as administrative tasks.
  • Uphold the high standard of environmental stewardship expected for all employees.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Organization and time management skills are a must, but a passion for making a difference for each guest and employee is the most important aspect of this position.
  • Seeking someone mature, energetic, dependable and self‑driven to help lead the Guest Experience Team. Should have the ability to thrive and lead independently in a fast‑paced, chaotic, high‑pressure environment.
  • Must get excited at the idea of living and working in a remote (yet very social) environment.
  • Guest service‑oriented mindset and a passion for coaching and developing employee skills.
  • Ability to think on the fly and outside the box to solve problems with a positive attitude.
  • Previous cash reconciliation and cash handling experience.
  • Previous experience using RTP POS system, an asset.
  • Second language, an asset.
  • Ability to follow direction from Icefield leadership and adapt to changes easily.
  • Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods of time in both an indoor and outdoor environment.
  • Be prepared for all weather conditions (Snow, Rain, Wind, Hail).
  • Must meet the Organization grooming and appearance standards.
  • To honour our commitment to be “Always Honest” all employees must consent to a criminal record check.
  • Standard First‑Aid or higher an asset.
