The Winery
What first started as a working barn and equipment storage unit hidden between the rows of Jagged Rock vineyard was later reimagined in a colourful way by world renowned architect, Tom Kundig, to create a commune of creativity for those who wish to sip inspiration. Red Barn, striking and stark, paves a pathway for those to wish to explore the uncharted and unknown with a crafted collection of rebellious, unoaked wines designed to disrupt the norm. Harnessing the greatness of South Okanagan terrain.
The Guest Experience Manager is responsible for providing vision and leadership that fosters efficient, quality, and superior luxury service visits. You will lead, develop, and execute exceptional winery service. You will be responsible for owning sales plans and elevate the overall winery experience by creating a climate of unsurpassed guest experiences that strengthen our brand and build lasting relationships.

We offer competitive compensation that recognizes individual and company performance. The typical hiring range for this position is $70,000 - $80,000 annually complemented by a bonus plan; the base pay is determined by market location and job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and education.
