What a Growth Marketing Specialist will do here

We’re looking for a hands-on leader with a strong work ethic and a bias towards action. This role is for a highly disciplined, creative and proactive individual who isn’t afraid to experiment, analyze and iterate to achieve ambitious growth targets.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Growth Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive growth marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, qualified lead generation and customer acquisition.
  • Performance Marketing: Manage and optimize all digital channels with a focus on maximizing ROI. Platforms may include LinkedIn, WordPress and others.
  • Google Ads Management: Plan, execute and optimize Google Ads campaigns to achieve specific marketing goals.
  • SEO & Content Strategy: Drive our inbound marketing efforts by overseeing SEO and content strategies that position C-Therm as a thought leader in our industry.
  • Global Optimization: Strategically adapt and localize marketing campaigns to maximize their effectiveness in different international markets.
  • Marketing Automation: Integrate the use of AI into our mass-emailing platform to build and optimize lead nurturing campaigns and automated workflows.
  • Data & Analytics: Establish and maintain a robust analytics framework. You’ll be responsible for tracking key performance indicators, analyzing data and providing actionable insights to the leadership team.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with the overall sales strategy.
  • Trade Shows & Special Events: Plan, coordinate and execute our participation in industry trade shows and special events to generate leads and strengthen brand presence.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Business or an Engineering-related field.
  • Strong business acumen - proven experience in lead generation or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of lead generation techniques and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
  • Working knowledge of word processing, desktop publishing, presentation software, database management and spreadsheet applications.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software experience with Salesforce would be considered an asset.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup-like environment and adapt to an ever-changing landscape.
