As a Group Product Manager, you will lead a team of product managers and own a key product domain. You’re responsible for shaping the strategy, setting goals, and ensuring your teams deliver valuable, usable, and feasible solutions to customers. You will partner closely with cross‑functional leaders and serve as a strategic operator and people leader.
The hiring range for this position is $160K-$190K, and you will also be eligible for our short‑term incentive plan. The exact amount will depend on factors such as skills, experience, and job‑related knowledge, but Interac’s commitment goes beyond compensation.
