A fitness organization in Ontario is seeking a passionate Regional Group Fitness Coordinator to lead and elevate their Group Fitness and HIITZone programs. You will play a key role in instructor development and class programming while working closely with club management to ensure key performance indicators are met. Ideal candidates should thrive in fast-paced environments and have expertise in various fitness formats. This is a part-time position with the potential to evolve into full-time.
We’re looking for a passionate and driven fitness professional to lead and elevate our Group Fitness and HIITZone programs. As a Regional Group Fitness Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in instructor development, class programming, and member engagement across one or more club locations. You’ll work closely with the Club General Manager to ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are met, including class attendance and membership retention. This role is a Part Time position (5 hours / week for each club with up to six clubs in each region), but you are able to teach classes in addition to your Coordinator hours. There is an opportunity to create a full time opportunity with this role.
