Premier Inn is recruiting a Ground Floor Team Member to join its Front of House team at the Elgin hotel, helping deliver a welcoming and reliable experience for guests from check in to check out.
This is a customer facing role suited to someone friendly, flexible, and comfortable working as part of a busy hospitality team, with full training provided and an immediate start available.
As a Ground Floor Team Member, you will be the first point of contact for guests, welcoming them to the hotel and helping ensure they have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Your duties will include front of house service, supporting food and drink service, assisting with bar or restaurant duties, and working alongside housekeeping colleagues to help keep rooms and public areas presented to a high standard.
The role is varied and hands on, requiring a calm and positive approach even during busy periods, and a genuine focus on good customer service.
No previous experience is required, as full training and support will be provided from day one.
This is a part time, fixed term role running until 31 October 2026.
The position is contracted at 25 hours per week, worked across five days, including evenings and weekends.
The role is based at Premier Inn, 15 Linkwood Way, Elgin, Moray, IV30 1HY.
This role would suit someone with a friendly personality and a positive attitude who enjoys working with people.
You should be reliable, flexible, and comfortable working as part of a team in a fast paced environment.
Good communication skills and a willingness to learn are more important than previous experience.
The hourly rate for this role is up to £12.56 per hour.
