Language Trainers is a successful language training company working with freelance teachers of 70 different languages in hundreds of towns and cities across the world. Students are either in-company or self-funded who need to learn a language at their office or their home for work, family or travel reasons. We might have a job for you as a Greek teacher. One of our clients in Ottawa would like to have two-to-one GENERAL Greek classes. These two students wish to have classes at the trainer's office/home or a quiet café in downtown Ottawa. They would like to have a 20-hour course. Classes of two hours should be held once a week on Sundays 10am-12pm, and they wish to start asap. They could also be available Saturdays 10am-12pm. Their level is beginner.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a 20-hour GENERAL Greek course for two students (two hours per session).
• Conduct classes at the trainer's office/home or a quiet café in downtown Ottawa, with scheduling as described (Sundays 10am-12pm; Saturdays 10am-12pm if needed).
• Maintain a flexible schedule based on client and trainer availability.

Qualifications

• Be a native Greek speaker of the language OR hold a teaching degree
• Have experience as a language teacher, translator or interpreter
• Have a valid working visa
• Live up to 20 miles from the client’s location

Logistics & Additional Details

Location of the classes and schedule could be flexible based on your and the client’s availability. The hourly rate is negotiable depending on qualifications and experience. This is a freelance part-time position and we are not able to sponsor your visa.
