A Day in the Life:

Responsible for creating and supervising creative assets across all marketing channels, ensuring they are impactful, cohesive, and on-brand. Create visually compelling print materials for in-store point of sale, event activations, and digital graphics with a mastery of design principles, layout composition, and typography

The Impact You\'ll Make
  • Act as the creative hub connecting marketing, sales, events, and the international team - translating creative briefs into brand-consistent designs through expert use of Adobe Creative Suite (i.e.. Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
  • Tackle complex design challenges by demonstrating best practices through mockups and providing creative guidance to agency partners to maintain brand integrity. Be comfortable designing for all print formats.
  • Assist in conceptualizing and designing key visuals for promotional programs, while refining designs based on team input.
  • Oversee the creative task workflow in ClickUp, ensuring proper resource allocation and on-time completion of all projects for print deadlines.
  • Ensure all creative assets, from design files to approved photography, are properly organized and maintained in the Digital Asset Management system (i.e. Monster Media).
  • Support internal teams by supplying essential creative assets (logos, product imagery, key visuals, 3D renders) and maintain a robust design library for future projects. Stay attuned to design trends and competitive activity to keep brand visuals fresh and culturally relevant.
Who You Are
  • Prefer a Bachelor\'s Degree in the field of -- Design, Advertising, Marketing or related field of study.
  • More than 5 years of experience in graphic design, must be able to conceptualize and execute designs
  • Between 3-5 years of experience in managing projects from conception to completion

Monster Energy provides a competitive total compensation; this position has an annual estimated salary of $62,250 CAD - $83,000 CAD. The actual pay may vary depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
