The Grant Team Lead coordinates and drives the work of the Grants & Funding Team by ensuring grants are submitted on time, deadlines are tracked and met, communication with board is clear and timely, team members are supported. The Grants & Funding Team plays a crucial role in sustaining our programs by identifying opportunities, submitting applications, and reporting impact to donors and foundations.
