Position Summary

Reporting to the Golf Services Manager, the Golf Services Supervisor will be a key player in ensuring an exceptional guest experience from arrival to departure. In this role, you will supervise and train the golf services team, manage cart operations, maintain practice facilities, and ensure seamless coordination between golf operations and other departments. Your leadership and focus on service standards will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and well‑organized golf environment, working closely with Golf Professionals, Turf Maintenance, and Guest Services teams to enhance the overall guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support the golf services team, including starters, marshals, and golf services agents, fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment.
  • Ensure all guests receive outstanding service, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues that arise.
  • Train new staff on operational procedures, customer service standards, and golf etiquette, ensuring consistency across the team.
  • Collaborate with Ambassadors to monitor the pace of play, assisting with pace‑of‑play procedures to ensure a smooth experience for all players.
  • Document and report any incidents or accidents on the course or in the golf services area, ensuring proper follow‑up and safety compliance.
  • Maintain open lines of communication with departments such as maintenance and food and beverage, coordinating services and addressing operational needs.
  • Relay information about course conditions and maintenance issues to staff and management.
  • Inform guests about on‑site amenities, including dining options, merchandise, and special events.
  • Assist with managing golf tournaments and special events, ensuring all logistical needs are met for a seamless experience.
  • Collect and document guest feedback, providing suggestions for improvements to management based on this input.
  • Ensure all safety protocols are adhered to by both staff and guests, maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.
Requirements
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience, preferably in a golf operations or hospitality environment – an asset.
  • Driver's license required.
  • Eligible to work in Canada full‑time.
  • Lift up to 50lbs occasionally, 30lbs frequently, and 20lbs constantly.
  • Follow all Health and Safety procedures.
  • Previous experience in retail, golf operations, or hospitality preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for exceptional guest service and the golf industry.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and problem‑solving skills.
  • Flexible schedule, with availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
Duration

Duration: This is a Full‑Time seasonal position, April to October. Overtime during busy periods may be required.
