• 12+ years of experience in product, operations, or strategy, preferably in a startup environment.
• Proven track record of scaling product-led growth through experimentation and data-informed decision making.
• Strong understanding of the Canadian real estate market, customer dynamics, and homebuying lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve Houseful’s strategic roadmap in partnership with RBC.
• Build and maintain a strong partnership with RBC Home Equity Finance.
• Lead a cross-functional team across product, sales, and operations.
