Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in freight forwarding or handling FCL/LCL Ocean export.
• Full understanding of export regulations and Incoterms.
• Post-secondary education is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the shipping/inventory team to resolve issues.
• Coordinate with shipping lines and transport service providers.
• Handle bookings according to contractual shipping requirements.
• Prepare and approve export-related shipping documents.
• Manage high volume of correspondence with divisions and customers.
