• Experience in mineral exploration or laboratory setting preferred.
• At least 2 years of previous customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client service by providing accurate information.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Monitor and manage incoming requests to the Client Services inbox.
• Prepare and issue client quotations.
• Adhere to all ALS health, safety, and environmental policies.
