Job Overview:

Client is seeking a Full-Stack Developer to join their Software Engineering division. This role is part of a dynamic team focused on building simulation tools and AI applications to support internal engineering processes. Successful candidate will collaborate directly with engineering teams to develop tailored software solutions that enhance productivity and automation.

Job Title: Full-Stack Developer

Location: Mississauga, ON (100% Onsite)

Duration: 1 Year (Extendable)

Work Hours: 40 hours/week | Day Shift

Security Clearance: CGP clearance required (Reliability clearance not needed).

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop full-stack engineering solutions for aerospace applications.
• Lead technical initiatives in software development, UX design, and architecture.
• Manage projects from concept through delivery.
• Collaborate with internal engineering teams to gather requirements and deliver impactful tools.

Must-Haves

• 4 years of experience in computer science or engineering with expertise building web-based apps (front-end and back-end interface)
• 4+ years of strong experience in Python and Java.
• Hands‑on experience deploying and maintaining software in production environments.
• Advanced knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems.

Preferred Background

• Experience in aerospace or regulated production environments.
