A leading global watch brand is seeking a Sales Lead in Burnaby to drive sales and coach team members. This full-time role (35 hours/week) requires strong leadership skills and dedication to customer service. You will manage operational tasks, uphold visual merchandising standards, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Starting pay is $19.85 per hour plus bonuses.
As a Swatch Sales Lead, you will report to the Store Manager and will assist in all day-to-day operations. Although your focus will be on sales initiatives, you also will coach sales associates to achieve their performance goals while embodying Swatch Core Competencies: Customer Focus, Drive for Results, Creativity, Problem-Solving, Humility, Integrity, Building Effective Teams and Relationships. Starting base pay of $19.85 per hour plus monthly performance bonus.
Responsibilities include:
Working Conditions: Work is performed with moderate physical effort is required and significant walking and standing is required for the majority of each shift. While this position has a low risk of injury, the position requires lifting, pushing, pulling and holding (up to 35 lbs and above with appropriate support) of boxes and store fixtures, as well as, significant focus when completing paperwork, cash management or using the POS.
Employment Status: Full-Time: 35 hours per week on average. Must maintain open availability to meet the needs of the business and may be required to work more than 35 hours per week, including certain holidays and blackout dates.
