The Opportunity

Join Varicent’s Sales Planning team to lead the development of a fast‑scaling SaaS platform that empowers global sales organizations. You’ll work on a high‑impact single‑page application using React, GraphQL, and a serverless AWS backend, driving features that directly support revenue growth and go‑to‑market execution.

The Team

You’ll be part of a cross‑functional team of engineers, designers, and product managers focused on delivering a high‑performing web platform. As a senior engineer, you’ll shape technical decisions, mentor others, and contribute to building scalable, cloud‑native solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the design and development of new features using the MERN stack.

What You Bring

Nice to Have

• Experience with Redux, messaging systems (Kafka, Kinesis), or Docker.
