A community-focused organization is seeking a Supportive Housing Front Desk Worker in Fort St. John, Canada. The role involves ensuring tenant safety, handling inquiries, and providing support. POSITION PURPOSE SUMMARY: The Supportive Housing Front Desk Worker will be responsible for ensuring a safe and secure environment in the supportive housing program and responding to tenant inquiries and complaints in accordance with the program plan, contractual agreements, Salvation Army standards, best practices and identified tenant needs. They will report directly to the Program Supervisor.
Governance Boards and Councils: None
Internal: tenants of supportive housing, staff, and volunteers
External: guests of supportive housing, community members and community groups/organizations.
Concentration Required: The performance of the job requires continuously monitoring the environment, frequently interacting with tenants, attentive listening, and moderate attention when recording information.

The salary range is based on Collective Agreement, not any other factors.
The target hiring range for this position is $23.64 to $24.02 with a maximum of $24.39. Placement in the salary range will be based on factors such as market conditions, internal equity, and candidate experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role.
