Qualifications

• 6-12 months experience in customer service preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Willing to become CPR/AED Certified (training provided).
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to members and guests.
• Greet members/guests as they enter and exit the club.
• Resolve member concerns and elevate to a Manager as needed.
• Answer phones and assist callers with inquiries.
• Perform membership functions such as sign-ups and updates.
