About the Role

We are looking for a driven and dynamic Regional Sales Representative to join our team on a 6-month contract. This role, based in Mississauga, is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional to build relationships, drive revenue, and make a meaningful impact within a competitive market. You’ll be empowered to hunt for new business, grow existing accounts, and represent our hotels with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue growth through proactive prospecting, lead generation, and conversion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and local businesses
  • Research and identify new opportunities within the assigned market to maximize occupancy and revenue
  • Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations and proposals
  • Accurately maintain CRM records, pipeline updates, and weekly reports
  • Represent the hotel at tradeshows, networking events, and client meetings to increase visibility and market share
Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of sales, business development, or account management experience (hospitality or travel industry experience is an asset)
  • A results-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (Salesforce knowledge is an asset)
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the region as needed
Contract Details
  • Term: 6 months (possibility of extension or permanent role)
  • Salary: $40,000-$45,000
  • Start Date: Immediate
