Position: FOREST NURSERY WORKER, LIFT

We are seeking seasonal Forest Nursery Workers to support our upcoming tree seedling harvest. If you want a physical, fast-paced outdoor job that makes a positive environmental impact, this is for you. You will be lifting tree seedlings for reforestation across North America. No experience is required—we provide full training.

Your Role & What You'll Do

You will work as part of a supportive team under the guidance of a Nursery Manager and Operations Manager. Your main duties will involve:

• Lifting and moving tree seedlings outdoors
• Learning about forest nursery activities
• Working independently and efficiently
• Committing to quality and safety in a safe work environment

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and appropriate work attire
• Good manual dexterity and eyesight
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs

Compensation

Salary information: $18.37/HOUR + an additional $0.75 Health & Welfare per straight time hour for the training period, transitioning to piecework with greater earning potential.
