Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or science plus ASQ certification in quality management, engineering, or similar.
• Experience with HACCP and internal auditing.
• Strong communication and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish food safety and quality standards for molded products.
• Maintain the facility HACCP Plan and comply with GMPs.
• Create and execute training programs for new employees.
