This position is a full‑time seasonal role for Spring/Summer 2026.

Role & Responsibilities

• Provide a warm and welcoming experience by actively greeting and engaging with all guests as they enter the restaurant.
• Work a variety of shifts that may include food running, hosting, bussing tables, barista, restocking, and basic bartending.
• Operate the point of sale system with accuracy and efficiency; responsibly handle cash, credit cards, and cash‑out forms.
• Provide guests with exceptional service while implementing Pursuit Hospitality Standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of service and dining areas.
• Work professionally during periods of high volume, ensuring all guests receive an exceptional and consistent dining experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Previous food & beverage experience preferred but not required.
• Enthusiastic about hospitality and providing warm, engaging service to high volumes of guests.
• Comfortable lifting, pushing, and pulling objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Energetic, self‑motivated, and dependable.
• Pro‑Serve qualification.
• Comfortable working on feet for extended periods in both indoor and outdoor environments at high altitude.
• Prepared for all weather conditions (snow, rain, wind, hail) as the restaurant is at the top of Whistler’s Mountain.
• Secondary language skills an asset.
• Starting wage: $17.00 per hour.
