Job Title: Fish Processing Supervisor / Production Lead (NOC 92012) - Manufacturing
Job Duties:
- Supervise, coordinate, and create work schedules for production staff.
- Monitor production materials and supplies.
- Establish methods to organize and plan production for multiple orders and customers.
- Resolve work problems and recommend measures for continuous improvement in productivity and product quality.
- Provide training and coaching to production staff regarding job duties, equipment use, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Make recommendations on personnel actions such as hiring and promotions.
- Prepare production reports to ensure recoveries meet standards and review daily reports to meet quality and production targets.
- Identify, evaluate, control, and prevent hazards throughout the production process, ensuring compliance with HACCP, GMP, and QA standards for food regulations.
- Track and monitor efforts to improve production efficiency.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in fish processing environment or 3+ years in food manufacturing.
- Successful completion of a 3-month probation period.
