We also help guide corporate entities and non‑Indigenous governments in understanding and fulfilling their critical role in Nation Building. Through the co‑creation of reconciliation strategies and Indigenous engagement plans, we foster authentic relationships built on mutual respect and a shared vision. Our approach encourages deeper connections and meaningful collaboration, enabling organizations to work in partnership with communities to drive positive, lasting change.
As a Consultant in the Nation Building Advisory Practice, your primary responsibility will be to support the team in delivering projects and meeting client expectations. You will play an essential role in assisting with the execution of strategic advisory services for Indigenous Nations, ensuring that project objectives are met on time and within scope. You’ll work closely with senior team members to support business development efforts and contribute to the overall success of client engagements.

This position offers the flexibility to work remotely; however, it’s important to note that some travel may be required to fulfill job responsibilities. The extent and frequency of travel will depend on specific project needs and collaboration requirements.
The salary range for this position is $68,000 - $102,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
