Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a compliance or risk role within payments or financial services.
• Hands-on experience supporting AML/ATF programs.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as RPAA, FINTRAC, FINCEN, and OSC.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and complete risk-based investigations from KYC reviews and transaction monitoring alerts.
• Prepare compliance dashboards and metrics for senior leadership.
• Monitor compliance activities and identify issues or trends.
