A luxurious resort in Canada is seeking a Restaurant Host to be the first point of contact for guests. The Host will greet customers, manage reservations, and ensure a positive dining experience. Key qualifications include excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This role offers an opportunity to enhance guest satisfaction and support the front-of-house operations. Shift availability is required, and experience in hospitality is preferred.
We are looking for a Restaurant Host to join our team and be the first point of contact for our guests. The Host’s responsibilities include greeting guests, providing accurate wait times, managing the restaurants reservations and escorting customers to the dining and bar areas while generating excitement for the dining experience ahead. For this role, you should have solid organizational and people skills to make sure our guests have a positive dining experience from the moment they arrive until their departure. You should also be available to work in shifts. Ultimately, you will ensure we provide excellent customer service and a pleasant dining experience to our guests. Restaurant Hosts may also be scheduled to assist on the banquet floor.
