Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify pricing opportunities and trends that directly inform strategic pricing decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, delivery, and finance teams to align pricing strategies with overall business objectives and ensure effective execution.
  • Analyze pricing performance, identify areas for improvement, and recommend adjustments to pricing strategies based on data-driven insights and market dynamics.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to stakeholders, communicating pricing recommendations and insights in a clear and concise manner.
  • Monitor and analyze the impact of pricing changes on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as revenue and profitability.
  • Contribute to the development of pricing policies and procedures, ensuring consistency and compliance across all pricing activities.
Critical Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or a related quantitative field, providing a solid foundation for pricing analysis and strategy development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights that drive informed pricing decisions.
  • Proficiency in using spreadsheet software such as Microsoft Excel, with advanced skills in data analysis, financial modeling, and report generation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present pricing recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated agility and motivation to take on new challenges and responsibilities, contributing to the continuous improvement of pricing processes and strategies.
  • In the course of their duties, this person will be required to interact with English speaking stakeholders across Canada
Preferred Qualifications
  • Two years of experience in pricing analysis, financial modeling, or a related analytical role, demonstrating practical application of pricing principles.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI, enabling effective communication of pricing data and trends to stakeholders.
  • Experience in developing and implementing pricing strategies for new product launches, demonstrating expertise in pricing innovation and market entry.
  • Experience in the Professional Services industry, providing a strong understanding of the unique pricing challenges and opportunities in this sector.

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.

For work arrangements that are ‘Hybrid’, successful candidates must be based in Canada and report to a set Bell office for a minimum of 3 days a week. Bell offers flexibility in work hours based on the business needs.
