Responsibilities
  • As a Finance Manager, you will play a vital role in shaping the strategic direction of our brand while collaborating with multi-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Market Planning.
  • Serve as the lead finance resource on a multi-functional team, contributing to strategic business planning, forecasting, budget management, initiative analysis, pricing, and investment optimization.
  • Take on significant business responsibilities and ownership from day one, playing a crucial role in solving a variety of business challenges.
  • Be a major contributor to the team’s strategic direction and a key point of contact for the North American Finance organization while solving a broad range of business problems.

We are looking for candidates who have:

  • A university degree in Finance, Business, Commerce, Economics or a related field
  • 0-3 years of full-time experience (excluding internships or co-op terms)
  • Strong critical/strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent leadership skills and a track record of success
  • Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI and financial modelling skills
  • Experience in consumer-packaged goods industry (asset)
  • Proficiency in French (asset)
