Overview

Agilus is recruiting for a Filtration Application Engineer in the Manufacturing industry.

In this 12-month contract, you will be responsible for providing technical and training support to customers, distributors and company personnel, for filtration equipment.

Responsibilities

• Work with local customers on the proper selection and use of filtration equipment; travel component between 30-40%
• Provide training, troubleshooting and education for end user inquiries either remotely or in-person
• Conduct customer training on technologies, product selection and use of filtration products, customer trials
• Develop customer support materials including written articles, webinars, seminars, posters, datasheets, and technical data bulletins

You are

• A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, who can engage easily with stakeholders
• Someone who collaborates with Sales and Marketing teams leveraging technical knowledge and product solutions to grow the business
• Self-directed and can effectively work in a fast paced environment

An ideal candidate has

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemical Engineering or related discipline
• One to two years of experience with filtration or water systems; 3-5 years preferred
• Bilingual French and English an asset
