Field Sales Specialist for Rogers’ Residential team. The Field Sales team delivers personalized face-to-face experiences, selling home services including TV, Internet, and Home Phone, and ensuring customers receive reliable connectivity and the best customer experience.

What You Will Do
- Sell a range of products including Wireless, Cable, Hi-Speed Internet, and Home Phone directly to customers in their homes.
- Act on provided leads and generate new residential sales in your territory.
- Represent Rogers with pride in the field, at events, and when following up on customer inquiries.
- Build friendly, professional relationships with customers and promptly address post-sales questions.
- Conduct business in line with the Rogers Business Code of Conduct with safety as a top priority.
What You Bring
- Proven ability to thrive in a sales environment, with the ability to work independently to achieve goals.
- High motivation and excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal and written), and presentation skills.
- Negotiation skills with the ability to handle objections effectively.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Comfortable working in various weather conditions.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle for daily use.
Schedule, Location and Travel
Schedule: Full time. Shift: Day. Length of Contract: Regular Position. Work Location: 857 York Mills Rd. (055), North York, ON; Travel Requirements: Up to 75%.
Locations include Markham, ON; Barrie, ON; North York, ON; Scarborough, ON.
Requirements and Compliance
- Pre-employment background check (criminal) and, as applicable, a credit check and driver’s abstract.
- In certain provinces, obtain and maintain a valid security worker licence if required; provide proof prior to start date.
