A leading Canadian retailer in Ontario is seeking a skilled training manager to support their field team. The successful candidate will develop training materials, deliver sessions, and enhance team effectiveness. They should possess strong communication and organizational skills, alongside 5+ years of experience in retail logistics and adult learning. This role also requires a commitment to diversity and inclusion while fostering an environment conducive to growth and performance.
The successful incumbent will work alongside the Associate Manager Field Operations and Training, supporting the National Field Team of District Sales Managers, Retail Execution Managers, Field Operations Managers, and all Store Operations including Logistics, Warehouse Management, eCommerce, and Operational Excellences.
