What You’ll Do:
  • Draft, review, and manage legal documents such as affidavits, applications, agreements, and court filings with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Liaise with clients, court officers, and opposing counsel with professionalism and discretion.
  • Manage scheduling, file organization, and case preparation to ensure smooth legal proceedings.
  • Conduct legal research and ensure compliance with court deadlines and procedures.
  • Utilize legal software and Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) for efficient case management.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Minimum of five years of experience as a Family Law Paralegal.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of family law procedures and required legal documentation.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Strong time management, multitasking, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a client-focused approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite and legal software.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Schedule:
