Responsibilities

Your Mission:

• Maintain a full caseload of family law matters: divorce, custody, child support, domestic violence, and post-decree issues.
• Appear confidently in court and negotiate from a position of strength.
• Draft pleadings, prepare discovery, and build persuasive legal strategies.
• Communicate with clients frequently, keeping them informed and confident.
• Work with intake, paralegals, and legal assistants to push cases forward without delay.

Qualifications

• A licensed attorney in NC with 2+ years of experience in family law.
• In the courtroom, early, prepared, and confident.
