We are looking for a passionate Part-Time Fairmont Gold Supervisor to join our team for a term assignment from February 1 to June 1, delivering exceptional luxury service to our Fairmont Gold guests. The Fairmont Gold Supervisor oversees the daily operation of Fairmont Gold, ensuring that the highest level of personalized service, product quality, and guest satisfaction is consistently delivered. This role supports the team in upholding Fairmont brand standards while enhancing guest loyalty through memorable luxury experiences.

What you will be doing
  • Upholds and ensures compliance with Fairmont’s Service Promise and Fairmont Gold operational standards in all guest and colleague interactions.
  • Oversees daily Fairmont Gold operations, including the lounge, guestroom inspections, and concierge services, ensuring an exceptional and seamless guest experience.
  • Monitors guest preferences and history using Profile Plus to personalize service, anticipate needs, and foster guest loyalty.
  • Supports revenue generation by promoting the Fairmont Gold upsell program and tracking honor bar performance.
  • Coordinates with Culinary, Housekeeping, and In Room Dining teams to maintain food quality, presentation, and guestroom standards.
  • Leads, coaches, and communicates with Fairmont Gold colleagues, conducting training, daily briefings, and performance audits.
  • Acts as liaison for the Fairmont Gold department in internal meetings and collaborates with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and service consistency.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years, hotel concierge experience.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity, an asset.
  • An operational knowledge of Opera and Microsoft Office Suite an asset.
  • Diploma or degree in hospitality Management an asset.
