Job Description

AG Millworks, a premium manufacturer of custom doors and windows, is currently seeking Factory Workers for its production facility in Debert, Nova Scotia. This is a fantastic opportunity for motivated individuals looking to join a skilled manufacturing team in a hands-on role. The position is ideal for candidates with a keen eye for detail, strong work ethic, and interest in craftsmanship.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and hand tools to assemble windows and doors
• Measure, cut, and prepare raw materials (wood, aluminum, glass, etc.)
• Perform quality checks on finished products
• Pack and prepare items for shipping
• Maintain clean and organized workstations
• Adhere to workplace safety guidelines and procedures
• Assist with loading/unloading materials
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production targets

Education & Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Previous manufacturing or factory experience an asset
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Ability to read measurements and blueprints
• Comfortable lifting 25–50 lbs and standing for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
