Full-time Bilingual French Collections role coming available! Permanent role with medical & dental benefits! Remote work (may change to hybrid for those living in Ontario). In office days as required in North York.

Must live in the GTA and be able to work in office as required.

Our Financial Customer Service & Collections Representatives handle inbound and outbound customer interactions while maintaining a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service, sensitivity, and urgency.

Schedule

We have a permanent full-time opportunity in North York and the schedule we are currently hiring for is 5 days a week with a rotational schedule between the operating hours of:

• Monday to Friday – 7:00am to 11:00pm EST
• Saturdays – 8:00am to 6:00pm EST
• Sunday – 1:00pm to 8:00pm EST

Requirements

• Must speak French / Doit parler français
• Must have collections or banking experience
• Quiet workspace at home with high speed internet / Espace de travail calme à la maison avec Internet a haute vitesse
