Job Title: Executive Assistant, University Secretariat Office

The University Secretariat Office is responsible for the management and governance processes of all governing bodies of the University of Lethbridge. This position is supervised by the Director, University Secretariat and must support the administration of all this work on tight deadlines, while ensuring accuracy and timeliness of information.

Specific duties include: finding meeting time, booking rooms and/or virtual platforms, catering, budget tracking, assisting with document compilation, managing correspondences, updating websites, managing SharePoints, managing travel, assisting with honorary degree scheduling, event planning such as Chancellor’s Dinner, and other Senate Engagement events.

Position Qualifications:

  • Minimum diploma (degree preferred) with 2 years experience, in scheduling and meeting/event management.
  • Organization skills, attention to detail, and high proficiency in MS Office Suite, Zoom, Qualtrics, DocuSign.
  • The successful candidate will be required to provide a satisfactory Criminal Record Check.

Salary Range: $5,229.28 - $6,389.70 monthly (ESS - Grade 10)
